Description

The building is composed of three interconnected blocks. The creation of these new facilities fell within the scope of the broader reorganisation of the departments of Justice, TIC and DIAP in Porto.

RACE implemented the project using a range of equipment for the following systems: 

- Smoke extraction control

- Units for the production and distribution of hot and chilled water 

- Integration of the heating and cooling control system via ModBus

- Control of the ventilation system

- Measurement of thermal energy 

- Measurement and reports on the consumption of electricity and water
