Over the last few years, we have been working on an internal reorganization process to improve operational effi-ciency and optimize core areas for the value chain.
This process is now complete and we have increased our competitive profile and are ready to face new challenges.
We redefined the company’s strategic axes and repositioned its core business in order to align the company’s key competencies with the market’s technological evolution.

Rebranding seemed like a natural step in this process, as we wanted a brand that incorporates this new vision while at the same time maintains the identity and the DNA of a company with a long history of success in the sector.

Selfrio S.A. was founded with the aim of providing services of technical assistance, design, manufacture and construction of refrigeration equipment.
Introduction of the area of HVAC with the creation Sistavac S.A, a company with a markedly technological nature and focused on the design/construction of HVAC and hydraulic equipment and on centralised technical management.
Integrated into the maintenance area through SMP S.A., with the intention of providing general maintenance services to the various sectors.
Beginning of the process of internationalisation with presence in Brazil and Spain.
Conversion of the shareholder structure with the merger of all businesses and competences into a single company, SISTAVAC S.A.
Restructuring of the business model and its structures, investing more in core products, refrigeration, HVAC and Building Efficiency.
