An acclaimed project which is still totally up-to-date. The supply and installation of the thermal plant at Carneiro Airport is a milestone in HVAC engineering in Portugal. The main requirements of this project, which features an ice accumulation system of record specifications and dimensions in this country, were a reduction in HVAC energy consumption, the optimisation of financial costs in terms of the production of cold water, as well as the availability and use of electrical kWh in accordance with the rate negotiated in advance between our client and the electricity supplier.

A major undertaking of paramount importance to the north of the country, and an historic milestone attesting to the capacities of RACE.
