Description

The Park Lake Shopping Centre, the most innovative in Romania, was opened in 2016. RACE designed and installed the entire HVAC system, the fire network, the electrical installations, the decorative lighting, the sanitary water and drainage network, the rainwater network, the fire detection system, the access control system, the system for the management and control of the car parks, the gas installations, and the BMS. The first Sonae Sierra shopping centre developed from scratch in Romania established new international standards of quality and provided further evidence of the competencies of RACE.
