Installation of a cooling system
The different teams of specialists involved in the design and creation of the Sonae MC Retail Meat Processing Plant project concentrated on guaranteeing the quality of the different beef, lamb, goat and pork products processed at this unit.
The equipment consists of an R717 (NH3) and glycol water cooling system with a total cooling power of 2714 Kw, 29261 m2 of cooling panels and 20670 m3 of cooling chambers.
The facility is being remodeled and expanded on a continuous basis in order to modernise the different areas.
