Integrated consumption management system
RACE has equipped the University of Minho with an integrated consumption management system using the buildONE web application.
The consumption of electricity of a group of buildings located in the cities of Braga and Guimarães is being monitored on a centralized basis, more specifically on the Gualtar Campus, the Azurém Campus, the Largo do Paço Archives and Library, the Nogueira da Silva Museum and Congregados Church.
A “sub-metering” system has been implemented which attributes costs to the respective departments and generates alerts whenever a deviation from the expected consumption occurs.
buildONE provides management reports with performance indicators and features data analysis tools for the simple identification of the origin of any excessive consumption.
